At The Maga Legacy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@themagalegacy.com within 60 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Instructions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
• You must include your order number inside the return package
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping address.
Please send your return to our fulfillment partner (address will be provided after approval).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
• Refunds are issued only for the product cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@themagalegacy.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
